Tim grew up in Madison, Wisconsin. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin and earned a master's degree in speech pathology from the University of Iowa. Tim has worked as a therapist, university instructor, rehabilitation program director and advocate for children and adults with special needs. His writing celebrates the beauty and diversity that is all around us. Tim and his wife, Rachel are avid travelers and have shared adventures across the US, in Central America and Africa. They make their home in St. Louis.
