The20Project

Hilary founded The20Project in January of 2014, and through her international connections brought together the project contributors. The20Project has been an amazing opportunity to work with some very inspirational people, and she hopes that the project helps others to navigate their own life journey. Currently living in North Vancouver, Canada, Hilary is a management consultant working in the field of change management. She recently switched over from working for the large firms to find her tribe at PeopleFirm LLC. One of Hilary’s goals is lifelong learning. In 2015 she is taking on the challenge of her PhD Human and Organizational Systems at Fielding Graduate University in Santa Barbara. Her goal is to complete her degree with a practical tool that will help organizations with their challenges related to Cross Cultural Change Management.
