Accused of murder, Jo takes her dogs and races to find safety for them all beyond the clutches of a jealous ex-boyfriend, who is a well-respected police detective. What ensues is one terrified young woman depending upon her wits as she runs from police and the FBI. Her belief in God and in caring deeply for others, Jo is faced with giving up all she has ever known, just to stay alive.

Ruth Franzen is a speaker, author, and an internationally known healer. She is a Certified Quantum-Touch Instructor and Practitioner. She is a clinical therapist and social worker. Her first book, A Healer's Life, is a work of non-fiction and describes her work in the field of energy healing.
