The Train to Perpignan

Set in the late 1950's against the backdrop of the Pyrennes Mountains in Europe, four people are destined to become homeless. Miguel is a doctor in Barcelona, Dave is in an insane asylum in France, Sophia lives in an opulent Italian villa and Diego is in a prison for a crime he didn't commit. They are on the run from their past when their paths merge together. At night they take refuge around a campfire and tell each other their stories late into the evening: stories of fate, providence, destiny, money and revenge as they recount moments that shaped their philosophy on life. Their future now depends upon the help they get from one another. Out in the street, down on their luck and cast by fate they are thrown together on a course facing the dangerous unknown. Can they survive? A story that humanizes the homeless and explores opportunities for hope, courage and second chances.
