Description

The Tower of Blue follows the journey of Arnold Blue the child into Arnold Blue the young adult. After uncovering a terrible secret about his family and upbringing, Arnold decides to run away from home, but not before stealing everything from it and inadvertently creating the Tower, a fifteen-foot-tall collection of family belongings inside a shopping cart. Arnold will have to come to grips with ruining his family’s life, while at the same time trying to create a better one for himself. Arnold will have to traverse an ever increasingly dangerous landscape on his way to the mysterious Kingdom, for his actions to mean something. Or die trying.

About The Author

Eric Locsh is a writer, which should be abundantly clear considering why you're reading this. He is best known for his fantasy fiction novel, The Tower of Blue, which his friends and family say was an "admirable first effort". He enjoys cooking, practicing Muay Thai, riding his Vespa, and cappuccinos. You can find his other works on the New York Times bestselling list in about 10 years from now. Hopefully.

Eric wrote the first draft of The Tower of Blue entirely by hand. He thinks this practice creates a more personal approach to storytelling, allowing the writer to reflect on past mistakes, old ideas, and look back on how their writing has improved. It also makes finishing anything take much longer. Eric doesn't recommend it.

The Tower of Blue is Eric’s first novel.
