Parents: This short story presents children with unique service principles and other teachable elements of giving that can be enjoyed with your support. By creatively illuminating the story of the Bible, the story of the Three Magi encourages a new mindset from “getting gifts” to “giving to others” throughout the Christmas holiday. Yes, Santa will still come to town, but so will the Three Magi.
About the author
Archie is a graduate of Youngstown State University, where he had a successful athletic career and obtained his bachelor’s degree in finance. Since that time, Archie has excelled as an insurance agent for one of the largest insurance and financial services companies in America. In addition to his professional success, Archie is an advocate for youth development, social responsibility and service learning. He founded the Believe in Three Foundation to teach youth about the importance of helping humanity. While teaching his own children the true meaning of Christmas, he realized that he could not find a supplemental platform to assist in coaching, engaging and instructing on the tenets of giving throughout the Christmas holiday. Having a background in drama, musical theater and classical music, he decided to create his own story and produced a song that teaches youth the real meaning of Christmas. He formed Believe in Three Publishing, LLC, which became the home of the Three Magi. Today, Archie runs multiple businesses and is a professional speaker. However, throughout all of it, he maintains the number one priority in his life, his family. With the support of Margo, his wife of eighteen years, Archie is often found coaching his son’s baseball team, helping his youngest daughter practice violin and cheering court side as his oldest daughter plays tennis. Archie also enjoys sharing the Three Magi story with church and civic groups across the country. He remains inspired by the words of his grandmother, “We have one life that soon will pass, but only what you do for Christ will last.”
