Great kids book As a big kid, I really appreciated how Dyllan wrote her book in terms that are easy to comprehend. She illustrates the benefits of emotion regulation tools effortlessly for little ones. It’s perfect for teaching kids about their emotions, how to manage anger, worry, and feelings of sadness.
