Description

Everyone in life is searching for the reason why they were born. One person once said, "The 2 best days in a persons life are when they are born and when they figure out why." Unfortunately it sometimes takes years and a series of events for us to get to that discovery. Along that path many people experience pain and suffering that can have a major effect on how they view life. It is how we handle these events that determines our outcome and future. This book is documented evidence that a person can not only survive, but they can also "reverse the curse" of pain and suffering.

But God!!! Steve Mainoius delivers a compelling and spiritually insightful narrative in The Tale of Two Queens and the King, a story that resonates with profound biblical themes of redemption, purpose, and divine sovereignty. The book invites readers into a thought-provoking journey through the lives of two queens, each representing contrasting responses to life’s trials and God’s calling, with the King as the central figure embodying Christlike love and wisdom. Mainoius masterfully weaves together allegorical storytelling and scriptural truths, making the book both engaging and spiritually enriching. The two queens symbolize different aspects of human nature—one driven by self-interest and worldly pursuits, the other humbled by her reliance on the King. As their stories unfold, the reader is reminded of how God works in our lives, even in the midst of conflict and failure, to draw us closer to His will. What stands out most is the King’s unwavering presence. His actions mirror the grace and patience of Jesus, offering a timely reminder that no matter how far we stray, God’s love remains steadfast. The King’s role as a redeemer and reconciler reflects the gospel’s core message, making this book a powerful tool for both personal reflection and group discussions. The writing is accessible yet profound, making it suitable for readers at any stage of their spiritual journey. The story is rich in biblical references, but it never feels heavy-handed or preachy. Instead, it gently draws the reader into a deeper understanding of God’s character and His redemptive plan. I highly recommend The Tale of Two Queens and the King to anyone seeking a fresh perspective on faith, forgiveness, and the pursuit of God’s will. It’s not just a story; it’s an invitation to examine your own heart and relationship with the King. This book would make an excellent addition to any Christian book club or personal library. It’s a reminder of the enduring power of grace and the importance of living with a kingdom mindset. Read more

A True story that was Decades in the making , with Eternity in the balance This book brought Me to my knees as it did the author. From early on as Steve’s childhood friend our paths ran side by side and in the section “It’s not your fault “ my story as well as Steve’s are told. So many are lost and don’t even know they ARE lost just as we didn’t. So many of the stories that I personally lived through with Steve are testament in the book of how God walks with us all our lives and nurtures us until we are ready for harvest. From our early years we were eventually blessed to become children of God and the stories contained in this book are all true accounts of how lost we all can be and how it can all change as it did for Steve, Myself and the many others our lives have touched. If you haven’t yet chose the path of the Lord , these True accounts of others who have came through lives that were void of God in the beginning should be testament that you may have walked a similar path as we did but with help you can do great things as Steve has done from a very humble start. I thank the Author, My Friend and True Brother in Christ for putting this together as a validation of our lives and a testament of what God can do for others. Thank You Steve for this gift and for the blessing those that read it will receive. Read more

An honest account of a life redeemed by and lived for Christ A walkthrough of the perspective of life lessons that the reader can easily relate to. The journey through this book will take you into areas of your life that you might’ve thought you were the only one to feel what you’re reading about, but you get to see how Steve felt and acted on his experiences and you realize that some of these things are things that you’ve also experienced in some way. Steve tells his story in a no-holds-barred memoir that exposes the naked truth of his life and lets you know that God placed him in these situations to help him grow into the man he is now - a man with a passion for Jesus Christ and a burning desire to spread the good news to as many people as he can. A man on fire for God that wants to spread that fire to others. He lets you know that you too can live a rich and satisfying life through Jesus Christ no matter what you’ve ever done and that you’re not too far gone to be fully redeemed and forgiven. It’s a very satisfying read and I highly recommend it. Read more

The Tale of Two Queens and a King After reading "The Tale of Two Queens and a King" and learning about how God had changed the author's life in such a dramatic way, I became overwhelmed with a feeling of desire to learn more about how God could impact my own life. This book is full of stories that most people can relate to in life, including overcoming tough times, losing a loved one, and it even provides a great understanding of how your life can change just by learning to listen to God and trusting Him. This was a great read, and I encourage people to give it a try. Read more

The tale of two queens and a king This is both an entertaining and inspiring read of how God can soverignly lay his hand on a person's heart and call them into fellowship with himself and totally change the course and trajectory of their life. It's been said that you can't put God in a box, and Steve's story is truly an example of that fact. The living God uses real life situations and unorthodox and nonreligious methods to get people to His intended Destiny for their life. You will be challenged and inspired by Steve's personal story of trial and triumph. It's a good read! Read more

The Tale of Two Queens and a King I would like to recommend Steve's book "The Tale of Two Queens and a King" to every believer and non believer. It is an account of what God can do through a vessel that is surrendered to his will. Real life accounts of God and the Holy Spirit moving and changing the hearts of Christians and non Christians alike. It not only inspired me but it also challenged me. Steve ties in scripture and ways to apply the chapters into your own life. Steve and RaeAnnes testimonies and mission work gave me chill bumps as I read how God worked in their lives. It truly can be a life changing book Read more
