Overview
One bright sunny day, a big old tree on top of a hill is inspired by music. This ancient tree suddenly starts to sprout buds that grow into musical instruments! When a crazy storm breaks out, the village is in trouble. The elements shake music out of those instruments and a melody starts to play. Can the tree's symphony save a village?
Description
In The Storm Tree, an ancient tree grows on a hillside. It has never grown flowers or borne fruit. Inspired by music, it starts to bud and suddenly grows musical instruments! The land owner initially tries to profit from this situation, without even understanding the meaning of it, but it can't happen. So, the tree continues to grow a whole orchestra. One day a serious storm breaks out. The nearby village is flooded. The elements shake and torment the tree until it starts to moan and eventually play music. This music leads the village people up to safety on the hill, where they all learn about community and togetherness. The tree is the accidental hero and continues to bring people together. A powerful, rhyming fantasy tale of hope and togetherness.
