About the author
This is the first book by Ellen Watts. She has contributed to Our State Magazine and writes for her local church website. Ellen was born in Scotland County, North Carolina and is very proud of her Scottish heritage. Ellen now lives in Forsyth County, North Carolina, near her children and grandchildren. A graduate of the University of North Carolina at Pembroke she is a retired teacher, artist, poet, and home baker.
