About the author

Terra Milo is a certified health coach. She is passionate about making health a reality by making it simple. Everybody - and every body - is unique. She believes you can find healthy food that you like to eat and exercise that suits your own body without judgement or deprivation. Terra shares her passion through cooking demos in the community and people’s homes, workshops and webinars, and individual coaching. She is thrilled to release her first book about living a simple life, after writing about the topic for several years, and looks forward to publishing future books on nutrition, mindfulness, and becoming confident in the kitchen.

Terra received her training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where she learned more than 100 dietary theories and studied a variety of practical lifestyle coaching methods. Drawing on this knowledge, she helps people craft a completely personalized “roadmap to health” that suits their own unique body, lifestyle, preferences, and goals.

She also holds a master’s degree in English Literature. Terra lives in Akron, Ohio, with her husband and pets.
