Growing up the daughter of military medical professionals, JC spent her childhood traveling around the United States with her parents and two siblings. Her family finally settled in Nebraska, where JC completed her degree in Economics from Nebraska Wesleyan University. After graduation, she moved to Minnesota, where she still lives with her husband, Scott, and son, Maxwell. Encouraged by her husband to pursue her lifelong dream of writing fiction, and with the support of her family, she now spends her days postulating on paper the challenges of a world only slightly askew from reality- and loving every second of it.
