Description
"The period of greatest gain in knowledge and experience is the most difficult period in one's life" - Dalai Lama Sadly, many must undergo great pain in order to learn thoroughly the lessons that have the most beneficial impact on their lives, as well as the longest lasting. Rassimus Flur is no exception. A journey not wholly unique in this world, yet compelling and one that is cause for introspection. Follow him as he struggles to find the answers to true happiness, God's existence, and the meaning of real friendship. Perhaps the reader may find something of themselves in one of the characters presented, if not all of them.
About the author
While not quite an autobiography, this book depicts in a dramatic way some of the struggles I have encountered in my life, including addiction and an absent father. Some events are real, others fictional. Various words spoken by Rassimus are ones uttered from my very own mouth, others were simply fabrications of my imagination. It is my opinion that all can relate to these experiences in some form or another, as all of us have had to do battle with our own personal demons. Although the overall theme of this book is rather dark, it is my sincerest desire that this work will inspire hope.
