Cynthia King Harkins has been licensed as a real estate sales person in New Jersey since 1999. She also holds her New Jersey Broker's and Instructor's licenses. In addition, Ms. Harkins is a real estate attorney admitted to practice in New Jersey, New York and Illinois. Ms. Harkins obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Notre Dame and her Juris Doctorate from Loyola University of Chicago, School of Law. She currently resides in Franklin Lakes, New Jersey and is actively engaged in the sale of residential real estate.
