About the author
Michael Beckham is a therapist who has battled with Anxiety and Depression since he was a young child. Michael Beckham holds a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology and is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Texas. He works in the counseling center at a large Texas university. Michael Beckham spent many years seeking to understand how Anxiety and Depression are created. He began to understand that when the most basic rules that we make with ourselves are not followed then we have a reaction. The reaction produces feelings of Anxiety and Depression. He learned that by changing our rules to rules that fit what we truly want we can be happy and eliminate the negative feelings of Anxiety and Depression.
