Jacquelyn Rochell Author & Motivational Speaker Energetic…not afraid of challenges or hard work. For nearly 23 years, she has successfully infused her faith-based strategies into motivational speaking and teaching Civic Education and Human Capital Development as well as Cultural Diversity Development. Her knowledge and expertise as a Diversity Coach keeps her busy speaking out against the long-term effects of public policy decisions based on race and class. Finally, Jacquelyn Rochell is a survivor of both domestic violence and rape. She welcomes opportunities to motivate and encourage victims of domestic violence and rape to move beyond the pain. Over the past 18 years, she has served in a number of leadership roles that required both a progressive and aggressive self-directed personality. Additionally, over the span of her career, she has acquired exceptional experience and knowledge in the fields of Organizational and Resource Management, Human Services, Developing Adult Education Programs and Curriculum, Public Policy, Budgeting and Managing Resources, Developing and Implementing Policies and Procedures, Recruiting, Hiring and Managing Staff, and Mediating Conflicts to bring about Resolutions.
