Description
A super-computing, experimental robot incorporating revolutionary next-generation technology falls out of the sky and lands on a golf course with nowhere to hide. In order to survive, he must learn to play the only game where perfection is impossible. The Perfect Round is the latest project from the creator and designer of Jewels of the Oracle, Jewels II and Forever Worlds CD-ROM games. Due to his extremely delicate sensors, it is absolutely forbidden for Kele to make contact with any organic surface, any living person or any unknown electronic device. His advanced technology is never to be exposed, corrupted, contaminated or revealed to anyone outside the Vernon Meteorological Research Laboratories. In terms of monetary value, Kele is truly priceless. Worth billions of dollars in research and unique micro-ware, he possesses an unparalleled array of custom integrated, electronic chips, circuits and processors. If the slightest physical vulnerability is ever detected, a self-destruct program will launch automatically. The destruct program, however, encounters an error. So instead of blowing up in a violent explosion, Kele plays a round of 18 holes at The Toastberry Springs Golf & Country Club. It's a fish-out-of-water story where the other golfers are amazed at his incredible ability even though he has never played before. Just like they do not belong in his world, he does not belong in theirs.
