About The Author

C. Elmon Meade is an award-winning and bestselling Christian author. Meade's first novel, "The Demagogue Wars," won the 2022 Sci-Fi Novel of the Year Award (Feed My Reads blog, United Kingdom). A veteran of both the U.S. Army (1994 – 2002) and the USAF (Ret., 2012 – 2017), Meade served stateside along with rotations and deployments to Korea, Saudi Arabia, and Kuwait. He is currently a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt in the field of financial services. He holds a BA in Geography and a Cognate in Criminal Justice from the University of South Carolina. Born in North Carolina, Chris is a member of the Coharie Tribe with ancestors of Tuscarora, Lumbee, Cherokee, and Powhatan descent. He is also a member of the Lumbee Warriors Association, which is a veteran's group within the Lumbee Tribe. He currently lives in North Carolina with his lovely wife and attends church services and the 'Got Your Six' small group at Life Community Church in Greensboro, North Carolina. He enjoys genealogy, spectator sports, and reading in his free time. He has authored and published four books to date.
