Lemaire, which the DOJ will likely characterize as a kickback; • Ahmed’s directing Anwar, the sniper, to assassinate Barbara in Guatemala; • Overly ambitious DOJ attorney Bockman’s using of Barbara as a career stepping stone; • Not wishing to involve himself personally, Adm. Jacobs’ insistence that Barbara counsel Capt. Lemaire to stop his philandering; • The Guatemalan Ministry of Justice demand that Barbara return to the country without immunity; • Terrorists Hans and Pedro plan to abduct Barbara at her Texas home; • And the dead bodies keep piling up. A Massachusetts Institute of Technology graduate, BOB PURSSELL pursued a lengthy engineering and management career before devoting himself to novel writing and lecturing on historical subjects.
