Overview
The Mindful Gut is an informative journaling experience that invites the reader to engage in meaningful writing and art-making responses addressing stress related symptoms of sensitive digestive systems, bowel disorders and diseases, and other digestive problems. This is not a medical journal, rather, The Mindful Gut is about making compassionate connections with the gut to promote awareness and acceptance. Taking a whole-body view, the author welcomes the reader to join her in thoughtful explorations that are intended to empower and embolden those who often feel hopeless and helpless in living with digestive problems.
