Fleming came to be her authentic self once all the layers of materialism were stripped away. Her spiritual journey transformed her into a woman of God and miracles began to unfold. Read her story and be inspired to face the challenges in your life walk in victory.
Description
Dr. Helen Fleming life depicts the transformation of a woman who had to learn how to walk in obedience and faith during her life’s journey. This transitional journey she so graciously speaks of, has exposed her to many forms of metamorphosis, just like the caterpillar, you must die to your old ways in order to live a healthy and promising life. Before she surrendered her life to God, there was favor rendered to her even in her lifestyle of false pride and insecurity. Many of her forty one awards of honor were received before her transformation and many following her walk with God. She received an award from President George W. Bush at the 2004 State of the Union Address and she was invited to present a Women’s Veterans Resource Center project on a conference call with first lady, Michele Obama. Even in her life of insecurity, she was a perfectionist and she stood against all odds. However, politely she would let people know, her way or the highway. She was a leader and she knew it. There were things from her past, however, that had to be put in the proper context in order for God to prepare her for her life’s journey and God was the only one who could remold her life for the future so that she could fulfill her destiny. She shares in her book the pain of growing in Christ, yet she rejoices in the transformation process that has taken place in her life. Her true confidence is no longer based on possessions, degrees, titles, reputation and riches, but her foundation is now based on her love for God. Fleming has experienced God’s miracles over and over again that will astound you. She has come to realize that the God we serve is a supernatural God and we very often underestimate God. Read about her pain, but also observe the miraculous ways God has and is transforming her life for God’s Glory.
