About The Author

My name is Alice, and I am passionate about the role communication plays in cultivating healthy relationships. I am a wife, a mom of two and a communications professor. I have been married since 2011, a professor since 2014, and a mom since 2016. My goal for my marriage is to be happily married. Through the years, I have devoted hours to studying, reading books, listening to podcasts, attending seminars and training all dedicated to developing healthy relationships. As a professor I have researched and taught various communication theories and techniques that are extremely beneficial when applied to a marriage. I knew that this information which I had accumulated would be beneficial to others. I had to find a way to share what I was learning.
