Overview
This book is about the transformational properties of sacred sound. The focus is on those who have been incarcerated either physically in the jail system or via illness or belief systems. It is an inspirational testimony to the power that vibrational sound can have on working through challenges.
Description
This book shares accounts of how sacred sound has impacted the healing journey of incarcerated veterans, cancer patients or those who live with fear or anxiety. Through shifts of consciousness brought about in sound meditations, veterans and others share how sound has shaped their vision of themselves in the world from victim to witness- thus empowering them to fulfill a higher potential.
