Jai considers herself an accidental author! She is a professional caterer and event planner,but a brief experience as a nanny inspired her to finally write this story,the title for which she's had tucked away for 30 years. Jai loves to travel and experience other ways of life,people, and food. She is originally from Louisiana and now lives in Augusta,Georgia with her cats.
