About the author
Tony Yoas spent 22 years with Pfizer, Inc in a variety of positions. He has sales, sales training and sales management experience. As a manager, Tony spent many years recruiting and has interviewed hundreds of college students as well as experienced candidates through a variety of settings and venues. Tony has extensive experience in conducting phone screens, face to face interviews, on-campus career fairs and scheduled campus interview screenings days. Prior to working for Pfizer, Tony spent 5 years as a Marine Infantry Officer and served in Operation Desert Storm. Tony currently resides in Wilmington, NC with his family.
