Description

What's behind the pickleball craze that's swept across the world? Why does it have such a silly name? How could it be a real sport? Have you seen that weird ball they hit around? "The Heart of Pickleball" was inspired by two women who had the same questions. They quickly learned just how fun and addicting this new sport can be! They asked people how pickleball had touched or changed them, and their incredible stories came pouring in. The authors share these stories along with pertinent pickleball tidbits and helpful tips, including how to throw a pickleball themed party. This collection of heartwarming, funny, and inspiring tales is a perfect feel-good read, whether you're a seasoned pickleball pro or just getting started. Give it as a gift, keep for yourself, or share it with friends.

Game On! I wanted to read this book because the author was local. So there were a lot of local tie ins that I enjoyed. It is more informative than instructional but very interesting and entertaining. From “raps” to recipes it is a quick read that would make a great gift for any current or future pickleball “addict”! Read more
