After graduating in 1999 from Polytechnics University of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, Viet Hung started his career as a software application programmer. He then worked his way through various positions: he was a software business analyst, project manager, engineering manager, and director. From 2001 to 2006, he went back and forth to work in the US. In late 2008, he co-founded KMS Technology, offering software development services to software companies in US. As the managing director of KMS Technology Vietnam, he grew the company from zero to 1,000 people by 2018. Under his leadership, KMS Technology Vietnam became the preeminent software development services company in the industry. Early in 2018, he decided to resign from his position at KMS Technology Vietnam and continue his journey of his pursuit of happiness.
