As an independent author, TJ Kotula did not have aspirations of becoming an author. She was happily married and an educator. On a brisk fall morning, in their local ER, their lives were changed forever when complaints of back pain from her husband were diagnosed as late-stage cancer. TJ's purpose for sharing their personal journey is to assist others who are battling serious illnesses. She shares helpful hints through the lessons she learned as her husband's full-time caregiver.
