Description
This fun and easy journal can serve so many purposes in your daily lives! This can create a habit of practicing daily mindfulness, in addition to learning about the importance of practicing gratitude. This quick, 3 to 4 minute daily, FUN time spent with your child will also open the lines of communication (no matter how young). You will also be able to gauge their happiness with the "Happiness-Meter". This author-created "Happiness-Meter" is a way for your child to express their daily happiness by coloring the meter: high up on the meter means very happy, low on the meter means sad. This allows them to express their feelings by simply coloring. Many times, a child can be hesitant by verbalizing their feelings or cannot put their feelings to words. This allows them to express themselves by simply coloring. This journal is your child's first introduction to practicing mindfulness, self-reflection and understanding gratitude. Creating these positive habits at a young age is so important for their self esteem and self growth. Enjoy!
