Overview
It started as a game. Four people, four players. Fifty gold artifacts. Then on that night in April, it stopped being a game. And five priceless objects were stolen from the exhibit. From that moment, lives changed, friends became enemies, then the killings began.
Description
Fifty of Egypt’s most dazzling and priceless gold artifacts have made their way to New York’s Metropolitan Museum for the ‘Golden Age of Egypt Exhibit’. They will be kept under constant guard beginning with the opening night ceremonies which features television network coverage of the glitzy celebrity ball and an excursion through a replica of an ancient tomb where the gold artifacts will be on display. With the chaos and confusion derived from the television crew, the caterers, and the gathering of famous personalities, the idea that one could walk away with some of the priceless objects becomes more than a game and fascination for the four associates—Peter the show’s producer, Sharon the show’s scriptwriter, Charles the exhibit's insurer; and Claudia the museum coordinator. For weeks they’ve worked on a way to steal some of the pieces without anyone being the wiser. And they’ve come up with the perfect plan. They think they’ve thought of everything until it becomes apparent that one of them has a hidden agenda, and the perfect crime becomes the perfect avenue for treachery and murder.
