It is common knowledge that no-one has ever seen the face of an angel. However, some people have heard the rustle of wings and others have actually caught a glimpse of them. This is the story of a young angel who is banished to the planet earth to redeem himself. The angel develops a special relationship with two children that goes beyond just a chance encounter.

Albert Spavins was born in England in 1928. Left school and home when he was thirteen to go to the Training Ship Indefatigable. In 1946 he joined the Royal Corps of Signals, British Army and was stationed throughout the middle east. In 1957 he emigrated to Canada where he obtained his BA from the University of Toronto. Albert taught almost every grade over a period of twenty years after graduating from Lakeshore Teachers College in Toronto. He is now retired and spends his time writing books.
