Overview
Lord Peter Greniston’s Prophecy When the stranger comes to the lion’s gate And woods with Merlin’s cry resound When Knobbly Hill doth tremble and shake Then must the treasure swiftly be found A throne, a crown, a speaking sword A golden lady, a silver lord Twelve true jewels to shine and meet Where gold springs from the ground Then Arthur from ancient sleep shall wake Deep in the greenstone mound And rise to battle for England’s sake Summoned by a grail found Encircled by gold This is the time- Light set free for all mankind Yet, if no jewels be gathered there This have I seen in waking dream: Brightest light turns darkest night Nor leaf, nor creature, nor human face In this nor any other place – World’s despair. When a wealthy client of Gwendolyn Fields, a Denver travel agent, cancels a trip to Far Tauverly, England, Gwen decides to take the trip herself, summoned by an insistent, yet illusive Call. Gwen quickly finds herself entering into a vast mystery that just may unlock secrets of the Court of King Arthur, and Merlin; while also revealing how the great heroes and legends of the past can re-enter our time. Like a heroine from one of the historical romance novels by Henrietta Amberly she is so fond of, Gwen finds passionate romance with Far Tauverly's own impossibly difficult, devastatingly attractive, Lord Greniston. Centuries-old secrets will be revealed, ancient rivalries reborn, and love tested.
