I was not interested in giving an inspirational talk only to be temporarily uplifting.” He committed to impart lasting insights, perspectives and stories which would stick, Velcro points he calls them, giving each of those managers new actions they would try out. On a whim, Doug decided to record that talk, and The Breakthrough Mind was born. Doug conducts research on leading innovation practices and publishes The Innovators ezine, a source of leading edge innovation from both academic and industry leaders. He is also published in diverse business magazines for his articles on strategy, leadership, and innovation. Doug lives in New Jersey with his wife and two teenagers.
