About The Author
At the young age of 16, Noel Niehaus began his journey in the business industry. He worked at local restaurants, learning customer service, kitchen management, serving, and eventually, bartending. His time in the restaurant industry taught him that the customer always comes first and that they are the motivation that keeps him moving forward. His experience grew from there, leading to him understanding the entire scope of how the business operated.
In 2009, Noel decided to pursue an associate degree in business administration and a Bachelor of Science degree in e-marketing from Franklin University. Additionally, he earned a Master of Business Administration in Executive Management from Indiana Wesleyan University. Throughout his education, he was a winner of the Indiana Career and Technical Education Award for Excellence in post-secondary education and a recipient of the Academic & Leadership Scholarship through Franklin University. During his time in school, he not only attended classes full-time but also worked full-time in higher education. His experience helped him build skills in project management, interpersonal and public communication, networking, consulting, teaching, managing, budget administration, and time management.
Later, using his education, Noel decided to risk it all and open his own remodeling company. Starting from humble before-and-after pictures on social media, it soon developed into a successful business. However, despite his successful business, Noel still returns to his roots by continuing to work in education in any capacity. He continues to learn every day and listen to those who push him toward success.
