About the author
LaTonia Leatherwood was born in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. She relocated to Richmond, Virginia in 1990. She completed high school and joined the United States Navy. After leaving the Navy with an Honorable Discharge she moved back to Tuscaloosa, Alabama. She currently resides there with her family.
