Just when he believes there is no help for himself, he meets an empathetic seal named Cecilia and a wise penguin named Dr. Philosophical who try to help him in his quest for happiness and self-worth. Then, Gus becomes overly excited when he starts to believe he may find happiness if he moves to Hawaii. Cecilia and Dr. Philosophical try to guide him through his roller coaster of emotions, and in the end, Gus learns valuable lessons about happiness, contentment, and self-love.

Andrea Kuenster was born in Chicago, Illinois and entered the entertainment field as a singer/songwriter. She relocated to Los Angeles and performed at a variety of venues over many years. Along with writing music, she also enjoys writing entertaining stories that stir children's imaginations in a positive way. She teamed with her brother Dan to create The BiPolar Bear.
