About The Author

Welcome to the Center for Alternative Healing. My name is Jeffro Bindadin. Because of my Hindu and Buddhist background, I have always been interested in spirituality and alternative healing. Through my career as a social worker, I have gained a lot of experience working with trauma, pain, grief, and people who feel stuck in old stories and patterns. I am grateful that I have been able to support people through their personal journeys and processes. Ultimately, helping others is also helping yourself. I have faced many challenges in my own life as well. I came to realize that the source and core of many of these challenges were within me, and that I had created them myself. Through this awareness, I began to peel away the layers, one by one, and move closer to my true essence. This is an ongoing journey. During my journey and personal development, everything slowly started to fall into place, as if the pieces of a puzzle were coming together. I came to understand that the Universe does not make mistakes. I let go of years of emotional baggage, released and transformed my protective patterns, and my stress and physical complaints began to disappear. That was when I knew that I also wanted to help others on their journey. I realized that this was my mission. Years ago, I happened to drive past a center for alternative healing. I immediately thought to myself, "This could be something for me too." Today, I am deeply grateful that I am able to do this work and help people remember who they truly are at their core, and to live more from their hearts. Will you join me on this journey?
