This book is the first-ever NFT community co-created novel. Here's how it happened
Frank and Christa La Natra met on the first day of animation school on April 2, 2007, and have been a creative duo ever since. In November 2021, they started creating the Battle Bunnies NFT collection with the goal of developing their stories and art into something as big as Star Wars or Harry Potter. They established a tight-knit community, known as the Fluffle Family, and got to work co-creating the Battle Bunnies universe.
Enter Jon Briggs, a creative producer with two Emmy Award nominations and one win to his name. He's been a collector of Frank and Christa's art since 2013, and when his business partner Mike and the team at Food Fight Studios started exploring NFTs, they re-connected with the La Natras. Jon put their ideas into a storytelling framework, but the story still needed dialogue and next-level character and plot development. Thankfully he knew a guy and that's where Greg Larson comes in.
Greg Larson is an accomplished author with a talent for taking writing endeavors to the next level. He met Jon Briggs in 2019 at a writing workshop he was teaching at. With his expertise in ghostwriting and editing, Greg was the perfect choice to bring the Battle Bunnies and the Unlikely Spartan to life. He took everything that had been created so far, locked himself in his writing room for a few weeks, and infused the story with amazing personalities, a compelling plot, and witty dialogue.
The result is "The Battle Bunnies & the Unlikely Spartan," a unique and unforgettable story that wouldn't exist without the collective minds that came together to make it happen. With its engaging characters, imaginative world-building, and humor, this book is a must-read for anyone who loves adventure and the possibilities of co-creating.
