Mark Touchette is the author of The Angels of Everland science fiction novel. The book is a tale of good and evil, light vs. darkness, and the mysteries surrounding the creation of the universe. Mark has also released a rock album by the same title as a companion piece. Mark Touchette began his writing and musical career early, winning The Michigan State Championship Band competition at the age of 10 in Lansing, MI. Mark engineered and produced 4 albums of original music. The Angels of Everland is the first of the four albums. Mark also created the artwork and cover art for this book. He started writing short stories at in his pre-teen years and also worked as a cartoonist and Journalist while at college. One part time job during that time was as the editor of a ping pong magazine. Mark and his wife Marjorie have two daughters, and have taken in an additional 12 foster children over the years for various lengths of time. His experiences with his foster children, and big brothers were some of the early inspiration for the story. Mark has a BS degree from Central Michigan University 2003 in Business Administration. He took every course available in philosophy, psychology, and literature.
