The Adventures of Opie the Opossum - A New Home

Opie has decided to move his home to a new location on the ranch where there is plenty of food as he gets ready for the winter and on his way to finding his new home he meets old friends from the ranch and meets new ones.

Over the spring and summer Opie the Opossum has had a couple of great adventures where he has met various animals on the ranch seeking food. His new adventure is to find a new home on the ranch away from the three dogs that keep an eye on him, especially when he is in their bowl of food. He takes off along the fence of the ranch to locate the new home with food and shelter. Along the way he meets old friends and makes new ones, will he be chased by the dogs or Chaddie the Coyote before he finds his new home.

This is the third book in this series for both Robert and Heather. The prior books did not cover all the animals on the ranch, so a third book was born. Robert has written also a military history book called To Any Foe. It is about a Engineer Regtiment, African American WWII. Heather continues to teach at an elementary school and raise two active children of her own. Robert has taken up residents in Alaska after traveling all the states and a lot of the world. Both Robert and Heather are graduated of California State University Long Beach, at Long Beach, California.
