This book is the first of many adventures for an adorable, yet easily distracted elf, named Miles K. Lometer. Miles was home in his bed, learning about the United States, in a story being read to him by his mother. Although he cannot figure out if it is just a dream, before he knows what has happened, he is visiting the states of New England and sharing all the fun facts he knows. Miles is hoping to get a response from his readers who, like him, are very curious children. The one issue for Miles, is, however, he can't stay on point and gets easily distracted. He hopes you will come along for this adventure and the others he may go on and realize learning is so much fun.
