About The Author

Quentin Wilson created this sequel as a sophomore in high school who enjoyed sports, gaming, and occasional writing. He is one of many middle school authors that have published works in The Young Writers series, "Mission Contamination Its Going Viral… Writers from New York." His published work in the collection is titled, "Science Experiment Gone Wrong." During the 2020 Covid-19 pandemic, all New York City students were homeschooled and had limited exposure to friends and family. Quentin spent more time at home with family and remembered the good times that he shared with his dog Jax. Quentin had an idea to write a story for children to read and enjoy while they couldn't do many of the outdoor activities that they loved like going to the park, visiting the beach beach, playing sports, etc. His first book entitled "A Dog Named Jax" hit the shelves and quickly became a best-selling item. Now he brings to you the second in the collection, "The Adventures of Jax: The Great Escape."
