About the author
Besides being the owner of a successful business, Arnold has an undergraduate degree in psychology and a masters in business administration (MBA), an unusual combination. While working at D&B, Arnold interviewed over 14,000 business owners and managers, learning what brought them success or why they failed. He also worked as a banker, making commercial loans to small businesses, often discussing alternatives to borrowing money to solve their problems. He used what he knew when he started working in turn-around management. Eventually, he acquired a small business and turned it around as well. Arnold has presented The 90-Minute MBA seminar to highly appreciative audiences coast to coast and border to border.
