Lori San Pietro is Licensed Professional Counselor with a Certification in Addiction Disorders. Lori has written her first book which includes daily action plans for 30 days. She felt compelled to share what worked for her after a lasting period of sadness. It is her belief that happiness is an inside job. Lori has a firm belief that our culture is based in the ideology that outside "things" create happiness, but Lori believes that extrinsic happiness is short lived and leads to lack of fulfilment. Lori began prescribing herelf daily thought and feeling exercises to assist in her healing process after a series of deaths and the grief that followed. However, the book is for anyone with a desire for a tune-up in happiness and self-care. If you are unsatisfied in your job, feeeling stuck, just ended a relationship or want more self-care.
