Between heaven and hell there is Earth and on Earth there is Amie; a girl so desperate for the truth that she will stop at nothing to find it. Plagued by nightmares and haunted by evil Amie knows she is different. Her adopted parents hate her and after her own father’s funeral she escapes to the only place she feels safe; Camp Enumclaw. Here she confides in another counselor and begins to obsess over him after they sleep together. Four years later, Amie is still addicted to that night and to the feeling she had. Unable to move on Amie finds herself at the camp every summer, quitting jobs and returning to work alongside those she feels comfortable with.
But this summer is different. Supernatural forces are at work as Amie turns 25. Her dreams become reality, and she’s haunted by Native ghosts of the land along with a dark evil so overwhelming that Amie herself isn’t sure if she should keep digging. Desperate for relief Amie knows she has to find out the truth before it consumes her but in doing so just might be the undoing of the world she’s come to know. Put on Earth for a greater purpose Amie soon finds herself intertwined in a world with secrets, murder, and lies. How do you search for the truth, when you know that finding out the truth means destroying everything?
