My cooking book is about rice dishes . It consists of 10 rice recipes of the most popular rice dishes in the world . The rice dishes are originated from 10 countries worldwide . We have got recipes form Egypt , Spain , Japan , Senegal , Yemen , China and other countries .

Rice is a main meal in many parts of the world , especially in Asia , Africa and Middle East . During the journey of my life in some of these parts , I found out some exquisite rice dishes that I like to share with others . The book is titled " The 10 Most Delicious Rice Dishes in the World " . The first page of every rice recipe is an introduction that contains the world map and some images portraying the origins of the rice dish and an interesting cultural background of it . From Somalia , Born in K.S.A , currently living in Malaysia . I have diploma in Dental Technician , and Bachelor degree in English Language and Translation . I am a house wife and a mom of to tow sons . I like cooking . I was blessed to have the chance to meet friends and live with people of different nationalities and cultures. I learned a lot from them including some fine recipes . That is why I decided to write a book titled " The 10 most delicious rice recipes in the world " . It took me 8 months to search, write and edit my book . Since I am a translator , I wrote the book in 2 languages : English and Arabic . What is unique about my book is that I mentioned with every recipe an interesting cultural background of that dish . Thank you .
