About the author

Joshua Rikas started writing children's stories while still in high school. The Girl Who Talked Too Much is the first of his Witch Doctor books and there are several other in the series that are still in their infancy. He is married with two daughters, whom he seemed to write into existence! He currently serves in the United States Navy and enjoys writing when he has the opportunity. He decided to take the self-publishing journey in 2016, but the idea of publishing his first book came back in 2005. He spent much time and effort into bringing his story to life through wonderfully illustrated images by artist and former classmate Vinh Duong. He hopes that this story and it's moral can make its way into the hearts of children and parents everywhere.
