Eric Montross is a multimedia artist, educator and musician. He's been living out his dream of impacting and changing lives through teaching graphic arts to children in the bay area for the past 7 years. Back in 2008, on new year's day he experienced a frightening near death experience after a night of celebrating with friends. Upon returning home from the hospital he gained a profound realization of how precious our time is here on planet earth. He became entirely focused on personal growth and living each day with deep gratitude. Since that time he's gone on to release over ten full length albums, a few EP's, and he has been performing as a DJ at ecstatic dance events in the bay area. Spring 2014 he started a leadership training site for budding entrepreneurs called Leadership Mindset Network. Here he has been able to synthesize cutting edge information being shared by today's thought leaders from around the world.  The goal of the site is to deliver the highest quality information on how to thrive as an authority figure in the information age. The idea is to provide essential tools that empower others to live out their highest potential and share their unique gifts with the world in the form of an uplifting message, product or service for sale. He feels that the more we nurture the imagination, the better we'll be able to innovate and collectively come up with viable solutions to the many challenges we are currently faced with in today's world.
