Dr. Levi Murray is a husband, father, entrepreneur, author, student of success, and doctor of dental surgery. He is the founder and owner of West Mountain Dental, the premier dental practice in southern Colorado, and the founder and Director of Education for Assist To Succeed Pueblo, an intensive ten week course for dental assistants. Dr. Murray has achieved incredible things in a very short time as he has built a million dollar business from scratch in as few as three years, actively engaged in raising four children with his wife, educated dozens of students in the field of dental assisting, authored a successful book and participated actively in his church. His achievements and successes span his entire life as he was an eagle scout (earning an additional six eagle palms before he turned 18), a top level student and leader in various organizations. Dr. Murray’s passion for success and achievement took on a new focus and emphasis in his life after he opened a dental practice in 2010. After a few months of stagnation and misguided management advice, he took matters into his own hands and began to search for the key to success in business. As a student of success he learned and recognized crucial elements of achievement and began to implement them in his personal and professional life. Through his incredible focus, determination and hard work he was able to bring his business back from the brink of extinction and create one that is consistently ranked at the top of its industry in the region. His passion for education and training show in his support team as he endlessly trains and encourages them to reach new heights. Dr. Murray is also an active supporter of local and national charitable organizations and events such as Dentistry From The Heart, Habitat for Humanity, Operation Christmas Child, Smile Makeover Giveaways, New Horizons Ministry and more. Dr. Murray served as a full-time missionary for two years in the area surrounding Monterrey, Mexico. He credits this time as a missionary for the perspective he gained and maintains about gratitude, hard work, compassion and faith. Dr. Murray graduated from The University of New Mexico Magna Cum Laude with a B.S. in Biology and minor in Spanish. He graduated from Creighton University School of Dental Science with a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 2007. Since graduating he has continued his education with countless technical, business and philosophical courses in the areas of general and cosmetic dentistry, sedation, orthodontics, implants, business management, goal achievement, financial management and more. Dr. Murray lives in southern Colorado with his wife Barbara and their four children.
