Strings is a story about a grandchild growing up with the love for music thanks to time spent with their grandfather. Transitioning from childhood to adulthood, the story takes our two main characters through the growing pains of life - whereby the grandfather aiding his grandchild in times of need - would visit with his guitar to ‘play the pain away’. As the two grow older, their relationship becomes distant, but not forgotten. Strings provides opportunities for children, parents, and educators to explore patterns, music, and emotion.
